ABSTRACT

GEORGIA. 

New Sanitarium.  —The Oglethorpe Sanitarium, for medical and obstetric cases, has been established in Savannah by Dr. John W. Daniel at a cost of about $30,000.

Personal.  —Dr. William S. Elkin, Atlanta, has been appointed chief surgeon of the Atlanta, Birmingham & Atlantic Railway. —Dr.Dr. George T. Miller, Americus, has moved to Macon.— Dr. Frank Cato, Americus, has returned from the Pacific Coast.

Kelly at Atlanta.  —Dr. Howard A. Kelly, Baltimore, spent from October 31 to November 2, in Atlanta. He made an address on the former date on the subject of "Christian Work Among Doctors and Medical Students," and on the following day he gave two clinics.

INDIANA. 

Journal Changes.  —The Fort Wayne Medical Journal-Magazine, after twenty-five years' existence, is to cease with the December issue. Dr. Albert E. Bulson, editor of the journal for many years, is to become editor of the new journal established by the
