We, the committee to whom was referrred the question concerning standard methods of procedure for the control of bovine tuberculosis in relation to the milk-supply, beg leave to suggest the following recommendations as a basis for laws, regulations and ordinances by muncipal health officers:
1. That all cows on dairy farms producing milk for market purposes be tagged, tattooed or otherwise marked for identification.
2. That (a) all milk produced on such dairy farms shall either come from tuberculin-tested cattle, which shall be retested at least once a year; or (b) if sold from untested cows the latter must be given a careful physical examination every three months by competent veterinarians accepted by the board of health, all suspicious animals being eliminated, and the physical score-card of each animal in the herd filed with the proper health authorities (commissioner, board, veterinarian); or s the milk must be subjected lo pasleiirizal'"^
