To the Editor:  —I notice in your roster of " State Medical Societies of America," that Idaho is omitted. We organized in September, 1893, strictly in line with the American Medical Association, as the Idaho State Medical Society. Our annual meeting is at Boise City September 5.Officered as follows: W.
