Methods of attack on venereal diseases divide themselves into four classes:Social measures to diminish sexual temptations.
Education of soldiers and civilians in regard to venereal diseases.
Prophylactic measures against venereal diseases.
Medical care.
A. SOCIAL MEASURES TO DIMINISH SEXUAL TEMPTATIONS:
The suppression of prostitution and the liquor traffic.
