Behrendt, Bloomington, who has been ill in St. Joseph's Hospital, is reported to be improving.—Dr. Isaac L. Beatty, Fairview, has been appointed an internal revenue collector and inspector under the Harrison law.—Dr. James A. Boyer, Carmi, injured his arm seriously while cranking his automobile, May 10.
