New York County Medical Association—Dr. Alonzo Clark—The Medical Profession as a Whole, and Physicians as Individual Members—The Care of the Pauper Insane.
The last meeting of the New York County Medical Association was occupied by the addresses of the retiring and incoming Presidents; both of which were able and interesting. Dr. John Shrady, whose term of office then came to a close, reviewed the work of the Association, and expressed the conviction that all the members could truthfully say that the year had added somewhat to their mental stock and directed their thoughts into newer channels.
