The Annual Meeting at Nashville, May 20.

In order to have some basis upon which to make these arrangements it is necessary that he should be informed as to the number of those who may wish to avail themselves of this opportunity and also the roads or lines over which they must reach Nashville. Therefore, delegates and members are urgently requested to inform the undersigned at the earliest moment. From the present advices it is believed that reduction of the rate will be sufficient to induce a very large attendance.Wm.
