ABSTRACT

The Russian Medical Congress, which was opened in St. Petersburg on January 15, and continued seven days, is said to have been a great success. It was held under the Presidency of Dr. Erissmann, Professor of Hygiene at Moscow. The number in attendance was 1500, against 1000 at the second congress, and 500 at the first. The congress was divided into eighteen sections, and a very large number of papers was read. An exhibition, which remained open for three weeks, was a very interesting feature of the congress.
