—In accordance with the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 1, of the by-laws of the U. S. Pharmacopeial Convention, the president of the convention hereby invites the several bodies, entitled under the constitution to representation therein, to appoint delegates to the first decennial meeting of the said convention to be held in the City of Washington, May 10, 1910.The attention of all concerned is invited to the following extract from the constitution from Article II on membership:
