Bone Tumour Management

The current management of bone tumors is given in this multiauthored textbook, which represents papers delivered at a conference in London convened in 1985. Experts from 25 countries attended, but the majority of the papers came from the United States and Great Britain.

The collected papers successfully give an overview of the current knowledge of primary bone tumor management. Care of metastatic tumors is also briefly mentioned. The book starts with a pictorial presentation of several cases that a practicing orthopedist could encounter. Definitive care is brought out, and the reader will be encouraged by the new developments that have occurred in the past 15 years and been incorporated into the armamentarium.
