Several errors appeared in the Dec 22-29, 1978, issue of The Journal (240:2799-2986, 1978). In Section II, Table 2 (p 2819), under the heading "Departments, Clinical," each horizontal row of numerical data should have been moved up one line for Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Physical Medicine, and Psychiatry. In Section IV, page 2850, column 3, the listing for recertification in the American Board of Pathology indicated that recertification is mandatory. Recertification is voluntary. In Section V, Table 1 (p 2858), the asterisk after the column heading "No. of Programs 7/18/78" should appear after the occupational title "Emergency medical technicians-paramedic." In Appendix V, Table 2 (p 2928), the first listing under the heading "Occupation," Assistant to the Primary Care Physician, should also include Surgeon's Assistant.
