The text has now been translated idiomatically by neurosurgeon H. G. McClintock, and to it has been added some new material which includes references from 1965 and 1966. The price, unfortunately, remains just under $50, and hence exorbitant from the standpoint of those who would find it of most value. It is not so excessive when consideration is given to the wonderfully reproduced angiograms, whose legends are explicit and do not fail to make their point.
