In the laboratory procedures communication titled "Lactic Dehydrogenase Isoenzyme Electrophoresis," published July 29 (205:294-295), three errors occurred on p 295. In the legend for figure 2, the term "LDH" given in line 4 should properly read "LDH5", thus changing the sentence beginning that line to read "In liver disease (L), LDH5 is elevated."
In the left column on that page, the fourth line of the text, as printed, makes the sentence of which it is a part incomprehensible. That sentence should properly read, "To perform agar-gel electrophoresis, a small serum sample (approximately 7μl to 10μl is inserted in slits cut in the agar."
In the first sentence of the second paragraph in the left column the term "isoenzyme" should read "isoenzymes."
