ABSTRACT

AIR FORCE 

Course in Aerospace Medicine Completed.—  Thirteen senior medical officers from 11 allied air forces completed the first class of the Advanced Course in Aerospace Medicine for Allied Officers at the U. S. A. F. School of Aviation Medicine in March. These flight surgeons will return to Brazil, Japan, Korea, Norway, the Philippines, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Venezuela and serve as consultants, investigators, teachers, and directors of programs in this field with their respective air forces. These doctors, all graduates of the school's primary course in aviation medicine, read, write, and speak English fluently and have practiced aviation medicine for at least one year.
