ABSTRACT

THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM  Miami Beach, June 13-17, 1960The Council on Scientific Assembly is presently considering scientific subjects for presentation in the Scientific Assembly at the Annual Meeting of the American Medical Association in Miami Beach, Fla., June 13-17, 1960. The lecture program of the Annual Meeting is developed by the secretaries of each of the 21 sections of the Scientific Assembly. In order to coordinate all scientific programs (lectures, movies, television, and the scientific exhibits), the titles of proposed papers should be submitted to the section secretaries not later than Dec. 15, 1959.Since the program is now in the formative stages, all medical scientists who are considering the presentation of scientific papers before the medical profession at the Annual Meeting should communicate at the earliest possible date with the secretary of the section before which he wishes to present his subject.
