ABSTRACT

In this new edition the subject matter has been revised in keeping with advances made in diagnostic roentgenology since the last edition in 1950. A total of 53 pages and 108 illustrations have been added to the new volume. It is divided into six parts: the alimentary tract; the biliary tract; the liver, spleen, and adrenals; radiology in obstetrics; gynecologic radiology; and the urinary tract. Each section is well illustrated, with the reproductions in the positive phase. The subject matter is presented in a concise manner that is easy to read and includes much useful data on incidence, etiology, pathology, clinical features, and, where indicated, technical aspects. This highly respected text has long since become a classic for English-speaking physicians, representing one of the most comprehensive and informative works covering the entire area of roentgenographic diagnosis. This third edition should earn the same success enjoyed by the previous printings. It
