ABSTRACT

ARIZONA 

Annual State Medical Meeting.—  The Arizona State Medical Association will hold its annual meeting at the Hotel Pioneer, Tucson, May 8-11 under the presidency of Dr. Harold W. Kohl, Tucson. Out-of-state physicians on the program include:Irving S. Wright, New York, Use of Anti-Coagulants in Thrombo-Embolic Diseases.John H. Ebbs, Toronto, Canada, Pediatrics.Winona G. Campbell, Denver, Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Poliomyelitis.Willis D. Gatch, Indianapolis, Cholecystitis.Arthur B. Cecil, Los Angeles, Genital Abnormalities.The banquet will be held the evening of May 10.

CALIFORNIA 

Special Society Election.—  The Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology has elected Drs. Warren A. Wilson, president, and Victor Goodhill, secretary-treasurer for the coming year. The society meets the fourth Monday of each month from September to May inclusive at the Los Angeles County Medical Association Building.
