This most welcome project contains a wisely selected series of contributions from scientists well qualified to write on the different aspects of the many advances in radiology. Scarcely a member of the medical profession could fail to find a lively interest and profit in perusing this book with particular reference to the chapters relating to his own special interest. The contribution of Baclesse, for interest, is an admirable consideration of the roentgenologic diagnosis of tumors of the pharynx and larynx such as can hardly be found in any other publication, certainly not in anything written in English.
