The Twentieth Century Fund produces each year a relatively few publications. Recently they published the survey volume, "America's Needs and Resources," and the "Report" of the Fund's Foreign Economic Committee. The report indicates that the Fund spends half its current income on research—that is to say, on the execution of research projects through to publication—and 40 per cent on dissemination of information. Ten per cent of its income goes for overhead. The work in developing methods of public information may become the most significant contribution, of the fund as a whole. Experiments have been made with motion picture and radio presentation of the results of the fund's research. Cooperation has been fostered with the chamber of commerce, the Y. M. C. A., the federal council of churches and the advertising council.
