ALABAMA
First Annual Graves Lectures. —
An annual lecture series honoring Dean Stuart Graves, director of admissions for medicine at the Medical College of Alabama, Birmingham, and dean of the school from 1928 to 1945, was initiated at the Jefferson-Hillman auditorium recently, sponsored by the Nu Sigma Nu Fraternity. Dr. E. Thompson Bell, director since 1921, department of pathology, University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, was the speaker. Dr. Graves has been a national officer of the Nu Sigma Nu Fraternity for more than forty years.
