Physicians Needed at Redstone Arsenal.—
Two medical officers are needed at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Ala. The ratings for these positions are GS-12 and GS-13, paying $7,040 and $8,360 per annum, respectively. The industrial medical program includes the operation of a clinic and emergency stations. Applicants should submit standard form 57, Application for Federal Employment, to Civilian Personnel Officer, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Ala. The arsenal, which is located in the Tennessee Valley, renders medical services to about 12,000 military and civilian employees.
Army to Add Fluorine to Its Water Supplies.—
Fluoridation of drinking water that lacks fluorine has been approved for Army installations by the Army Medical Service. Surgeon General George E. Armstrong said the Army's Corps of Engineers will provide the engineering skill needed to install the process.
