CALIFORNIA 

Refresher Courses for Physicians.—  The University of California School of Medicine will present medical refresher courses for graduates of approved medical schools on the Los Angeles campus during the fall and winter months. Courses will be available in mid-September in dermatology, gynecology, medicine, general surgery, cardiology and pediatrics. Visiting lecturers scheduled to come to the Los Angeles campus include Drs. S. Charles J. Imperatori, New York; Erik Ask-Upmark, University of Upsala, Sweden; Ignacio Chavez of Mexico, D. F.; Tinsley R. Harrison, Dallas, Texas; Isadore Snapper, New York; Paul White, Boston; Frank E. Adair, New York; J. Dewey Bisgard, Omaha; Frederick A. Coller, Ann Arbor, Mich., and Ferdinand R. Schemm, Great Falls, Mont.
