Influenza in Denver.
—To safeguard patients against a wave of influenza, the Denver General Hospital, Denver, has been temporarily closed to visitors and all operative work other than emergencies has been canceled. More than 800 cases of influenza were reported by Denver physicians alone during November, the bulletin of the local health department pointed out.
