Dr. Louis J. Saxe has been appointed superintendent of the Arizona State Hospital at Phoenix.—Dr. Frederick P. Perkins, Florence, who was for eleven years director of health at the University of Arizona, Tucson, has been appointed tuberculosis consultant to the state board of health.
