Foreign Graduates Must Become Citizens.—
At a recent meeting of the state board of censors of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, sitting as a board of medical examiners, it was voted that after January 1 full citizenship papers in the United States will be required of any applicant who is a graduate of a European medical school seeking a certificate of qualification to practice medicine in Alabama.
