PROCUREMENT AND ASSIGNMENT SERVICE FOR PHYSICIANS, DENTISTS AND VETERINARIANS 

REFUSAL TO DEFER PREMEDICAL STUDENTS CONFIRMED  In a letter to Dr. Frank H. Lahey, chairman of the Procurement and Assignment Service, the Office of War Mobilization and Reconversion again refuses to take any action to defer premedical students. The letter follows:
