Application Blanks for the Scientific ExhibitCircular letters containing the information on the Scientific Exhibit for the 1930 session, together with the application blanks, will be mailed during the first part of December. Any who desire to receive the circular letter and application blank should mail a request to the Director, Scientific Exhibit, American Medical Association, 535 North Dearborn Street, Chicago. The Committee on Scientific Exhibit requires that all applications for space must be made on the regular application form.
