Drs. Phillips and Pinkham Reelected.  —The California State Board of Medical Examiners, October 21, reelected Dr. Percy T. Phillips, Santa Cruz, as president of the board for his thirteenth term, and Dr. Charles B. Pinkham, San Francisco, as secretary for the seventeenth time. Dr. William R. Molony, Los Angeles, was elected vice president.

Health Officers Who Serve Without Pay.  —One of the most conspicuous changes in public health administration in California in the last ten years has been the merging of municipal health departments with county units (The Journal, October 12, p. 1150).
