State Medical Elections.
—At the annual meeting of the Alabama State Medical Association, Mobile, April 19, Dr. Louis E. Broughton, Andalusia, was elected president. Montgomery was selected for the place of the next annual meeting. The association went on record as advocating the establishment of a four-year medical school at the state university. Dr. Joseph D. Heacock, Birmingham, was reelected president of the state tuberculosis association for the fourth term.
