—The following bills have become laws: Senate bill 30, appropriating $100,000 for the erection of the Arizona Children's Colony for the care and education of mentally defective children; house bill 60, creating a state barber and cosmetology board and regulating the occupation and practices of barbers, hairdressers, cosmeticians and electrologists, and house bill 95, prohibiting the use of the name drug store or kindred names for places in which a registered pharmacist is not employed.
