Alumni Support Medical Education Movement.
—About 250 persons, mostly graduates of Alabama medical schools, attended a banquet at the Southern Club, Birmingham, April 18, and about fourteen of them made speeches on medical education in Alabama. The alumni approved the movement recently announced to establish a four-year medical course at the University of Alabama and pledged its support.
