BALDINGER'S RAZAVA BREAD

Discussion of Label and Advertising.—
The first label submitted bore the statement "Valuable in the treatment of diabetes, obesity and constipation... for diabetes and indigestion" and a number of testimonials of physicians recommending the bread for diabetes, dyspepsia and constipation. The company was advised that a label of this character was not compatible with the requirements of the Committee, whereupon proof for a revised label carrying the following statements was submitted:"Diabetics, under the care of a physician, will find that they can make provision for 2 or 3 slices of Razava Rye Bran Bread at every meal....
