ARIZONA 

State Medical Election.  — At the annual meeting of the Arizona State Medical Association, Yuma, April 21-23, Dr. Charles S. Vivian, Phoenix, was installed as president; Dr. Arthur C. Carlson, Jerome, was made president-elect: Dr. Hilary D. Ketcherside, Yuma, vice president; Dr. Delamere F. Harbridge, Phoenix, secretary, and Dr. Clarence E. Yount, Prescott, treasurer.

CALIFORNIA 

Bills Introduced.  —Senate bill 872 and house bill 1263 would create a bureau of narcotics, which would administer the laws relating to the regulation, sale, dispensation and use of narcotics.
