—Dr. Ralph D. Neal has been appointed health officer of Monroe County, succeeding Dr. Thomas E. Tucker, who resigned, September 1. Dr. Neal was formerly health officer of Clarke County, with headquarters in Grove Hill.-Dr. Reuben J. Guest, Jr., Fort Payne, has been appointed health officer of DeKalb County, succeeding Dr. Lee Weathington, resigned.
