Personal.  —Dr. Jesse D. Riley, formerly of El Paso, Texas, has been appointed superintendent of the Arkansas Tuberculosis Sanatorium, Booneville.—Dr. Barton A. Rhinehart, Little Rock, won the Dewell Gann cup in the golf tournament at the annual meeting of the Arkansas Medical Society in Fort Smith, with a score of 70.
