This is intended to serve as a guide in the treatment and diagnosis of the commoner forms of gastro-intestinal disorders. The principles and objectives of methods used are given so that modifications can be made for individual cases. The illustrations are clear and well chosen; the various diet lists used in the Vanderbilt clinic are given. The subject material is presented in a simple and direct manner, and there are no misstatements of fact. The last chapter, "Headaches Associated with Indigestion," does not come up to the standard of the general work.
