ALABAMA
New State Officers.
—The Medical Association of the State of Alabama at its annual meeting, April 17, elected the following officers: president, Dr. James S. McLester, Birmingham; vice presidents, Drs. Henry S. Ward, Birmingham, and Walter S. Britt, Eufaula; secretary, Dr. Henry G. Perry, Montgomery (reelected), and treasurer, Dr. Jacob U. Ray, Woodstock. Features of the session were the unfurling of a service flag containing 600 stars, and a memorial service in honor of those physicians of the state who gave their lives in the service of their country.
