Appointments  Lowell W. Lapham, MD, assistant professor of pathology at Western Reserve University, has been appointed associate professor of pathology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Lapham has been assistant pathologist in charge of neuropathology at University Hospitals of Cleveland since 1955. He has also been associated with Massachusetts General in Boston and Brooke Army Hospitals and the Neurological Institute of New York. At Rochester, he will be primarily responsible for work in the field of neuropathology.William A. Spencer, MD, professor and chairman of the department of rehabilitation at Baylor University College of Medicine has been named the 1964 Horowitz Visiting Professor of the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at New York University School of Medicine.Harry F.
