Dr. Peters: These hospitals, we hope, will be regarded as initial experiments in community medical care which will aid in the discovery of formulas for the establishment on a wider scale of exemplary coordinated health services. Care should be taken that hospital plans be not accepted which will compromise the future development of a larger program.
