Examinations for Positions in Public Health Service
The U. S. Public Health Service is holding examinations to establish eligibility for appointment in the commissioned corps in the grade of assistant surgeon (medical only). Applicants must not have passed their thirty-second birthday on the date the examination is taken, must be citizens of the United States and graduates of a recognized medical school and must have completed by July 1 next at least one year of internship or its equivalent.
