This is a collection and evaluation of important contributions concerning the diseases of the mouth and their treatment, the second edition of a work designed as a textbook for students and practitioners of medicine and dentistry. In this edition the book has been thoroughly revised and a new chapter on lymphadenitis has been added together with articles on Paget's disease (osteitis deformans), Schüller-Christian disease, hereditary pseudohemophilia, sarcoidosis and many other conditions productive of mouth lesions. In addition there are articles on microscopic technic, roentgenographic examination, mouth breathing, harelip and cleft palate, and diseases of the mouth associated with nervous disorders.
